Welcome to this 170 m2 catalan family apartment, located on Rambla de Catalunya. This bright and original apartment is the ideal place to stay for big FAMILIES, or BUSINESS delegations due to its excellent location and comfort.

DISTRIBUTION​

The apartment has a capacity for up to 13 people distributed in 5 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed with AC
Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed
Bedroom 4: 1 Double bed
Bedroom 5: 1 Double bed (with private bathroom) and AC

2 Sofa bed (double)

All the bedrooms have storage space.

There is AC in 2 of the double bedrooms and in the living room.

3 Full bathrooms with WC and shower

2 Fully equipped kitchens, washer, dryer and dishwasher

TV and high speed Wi-fi

Elevator in building

Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.

Linens and towels will be provided.

LOCATION

This apartment is located in the Eixample district, not only the most iconic area in Barcelona, but also the most diverse in terms of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The geometric layout of blocks is the symbol of the sunny and modern Barcelona we know today.


HOUSE RULES

  • Check-in time 17:00 / 5:00 pm

  • Check-out time 11:00 / 11:00 am

  • I do not host groups who are all 25 years of age or younger. If your group is 25 years of age or younger, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from me. Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation and full charge of your security deposit.

  • All guests entering the apartment at any point during the time of your reservations count as a guest and must be accounted in the reservation.

  • Respect quiet time between 21:00/9pm – 8:00/8am. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbors or building management, the full security deposit will be charged and you will be immediately removed from the unit.

  • Parties are not allowed. If this rule is not followed, the full security deposit will be charged and you will be immediately removed from the unit.

  • Written pre-approval from me is needed for any commercial use or special occasions. (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photo shoots, etc.). Failure to inform me in advance will lead to a termination of your reservation and full charge of your security deposit.

  • Please note that this is a smoke-free/ drug-free environment. If any smoking/drugs are detected either within the unit or in the common areas of the building, the full security deposit will be charged and you will be removed from the unit.

  • No pets, please. If any pets are brought inside the unit, the full damage deposit will be collected.

  • Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
  • Since 2012, Catalan law requires that every tourist aged 16 and over must pay touristic tax fee. Tax is 3 € + VAT for apartments in Barcelona (3,3 € per person per night) and only applicable to the first 7 nights of stay.

  • National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports.

  • We are obliged to issue invoices per each reservation, so we kindly ask you for your home address as this mandatory information to prepare the invoice.

  • Late check in fee; extra 20€ after 20:00 / 8:00 pm, extra 30€ after 22:00 / 10:00pm, extra 50€ after midnight.

RAMBLA CATALUNYA LUXURY FLAT

Welcome to this extraordinarily quiet apartment, given that it finds itself in the buzzing center of Barcelona, and on Rambla de Catalunya (not to mix up with Las Ramblas). This street is one of Barcelona's finest, inviting you to go out and about each day. There are plenty of great restaurants on the same street such as the famous Cervecería Catalana, Ciudad Condal, Restaurant Boca Grande and the famous cocktail bar Boca Chica just across the street.

DISTRIBUTION

This bright and classy apartment is the ideal place to stay for groups of FRIENDS, FAMILIES, or BUSINESS delegations due to its excellent location and comfort. The living area is bright and spacious. It includes a dining area with a table that seats all the guests in comfy chairs, big windows facing to Rambla Catalunya. There’s nice comfy double sofas and flat screen TV, so you sit back and make yourself at home! Tiled flooring and plenty of natural light add to the room’s charm. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a quick meal or cook up a storm in one of the two fully-equipped kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a coffee maker, basic kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, microwave and oven.

The flat features 5 bedrooms:

1st: Double with a double bed
2nd: Bedroom with two bunk beds
3rd: Double with a double bed
4th: Double with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom
5th: Double with a double bed And a sofa bed for two people.

All the bedrooms have storage space - either cupboards, wardrobes or shelves.

There are 3 complete bathrooms with bathtub/shower, sink and toilet. I will provide the towels.

By staying in this apartment you will also have access to high-speed internet connection thanks to the newly installed fiber optic wifi.

I can also provide you with a baby chair and cots if you request them in advance.

LOCATION

This apartment has the best possible location for exploring Barcelona as it is located in the exact center of the city and at the gates to the neighborhoods of Eixample, Gothic and Born. I will provide you with some personal tips, beyond the typical tourist track.
Rambla Catalunya has a lot to offer, nice shops and restaurants and it's pretty authentic and local too. You have Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas around the corner. My apartment is pretty quiet since it is on the top and thus far away from the noisy streets.

GETTING AROUND

Public transport is very close by, the metro is not even 1 min walk and the airport bus is a 15-minute walk away.

The flat is very large (it’s two put together) so if you have a large group or small, you won’t be on top of each other. We didn’t even use all of the bedrooms and only one of the kitchens (there are two) but even if we had, it’s great for a larger group of friends and family. The location is truly incredible - it’s a block away from La Pedrera and shopping - and about a 20 minute walk from most other major sites (e.g. Sagrada Familia). The agency always answered any questions very quickly. They even arranged a taxi for our two groups of travelers who left at different times. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Barcelona! Thank you again!!!

Just returned home from our trip in Barcelona. This place was wonderful, it was exactly as described. The apartment was right on the Rambla, but very quiet, near cafes, shops and restaurants. The metro is right around the corner. This location is actually perfect! H2O were very quick with responses and no issues arose while we were there. Loved our stay in Barcelona and would definitely plan a return trip.

This is a charming old building with a long and narrow layout...with LOTS of space, and updated kitchens (2!) and bathrooms. Air conditioning works (key during our heat-wave visit) and the location is close to bus, Metro, train, and tourist bus stops. It worked beautifully with lots of space for our group that spanned ages from 12-77. Our stay was excellent, check-in was easy (in spite of our flight delay), and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer in Barcelona and this apartment.

The apartment was brilliant and in a perfect location with only a short walk to all the best sights and spots — we even walked to the beach! When I return to Barcelona I will definitely be booking this apartment again.
