LOCATION

The townhouse is located in the Eixample district, not only the most iconic area in Barcelona, but also the most diverse in terms of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The geometric layout of blocks is the symbol of the sunny and modern Barcelona we know today.

HOUSE RULES

  • Check-in time 17:00 / 5:00 pm

  • Check-out time 11:00 / 11:00 am

  • I do not host groups who are all 25 years of age or younger. If your group is 25 years of age or younger, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from me. Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation and full charge of your security deposit.

  • All guests entering the apartment at any point during the time of your reservations count as a guest and must be accounted in the reservation.

  • Respect quiet time between 21:00/9pm – 8:00/8am. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbors or building management, the full security deposit will be charged and you will be immediately removed from the unit.

  • Parties are not allowed. If this rule is not followed, the full security deposit will be charged and you will be immediately removed from the unit.

  • Written pre-approval from me is needed for any commercial use or special occasions. (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photo shoots, etc.). Failure to inform me in advance will lead to a termination of your reservation and full charge of your security deposit.

  • Please note that this is a smoke-free/ drug-free environment. If any smoking/drugs are detected either within the unit or in the common areas of the building, the full security deposit will be charged and you will be removed from the unit.

  • No pets, please. If any pets are brought inside the unit, the full damage deposit will be collected.

  • Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
  • Since 2012, Catalan law requires that every tourist aged 16 and over must pay touristic tax fee. Tax is 3€ + VAT for apartments in Barcelona (3,3€ per person per night) and only applicable to the first 7 nights of stay.

  • National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports.

  • We are obliged to issue invoices per each reservation, so we kindly ask you for your home address as this mandatory information to prepare the invoice.

  • Late check in fee; extra 20€ after 20:00 / 8:00 pm, extra 30€ after 22:00 / 10:00 pm, extra 50€ after midnight.

Welcome to my beautiful penthouse in the center of the capital of Catalonia. This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment is the best accommodation for your holidays in Barcelona or for a quick business trip. In addition to a stylish apartment having a centric location, you will have access to your own 30m² private terrace.

DISTRIBUTION

This attic flat is located in a key free building with private code access. You won't have to worry about losing keys since the only way to access your accommodation is a unique code changing at each check-out. The building is located in a key part of the city where emblematic monuments like La Sagrada Familia, Arc de Triomf and La Monumental are really close. When entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the open living area. The casual and balanced living room with integrated dining zone is facing the straight kitchen. The oval white dining table is inviting and ensures a beautiful moment with your family. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, and other basic amenities. The design of the apartment is inspired by a modern, chic and geometric style. Adding the light and the abundance of white in this space thanks to the many windows letting the light come in to give this penthouse all its charm. You will also find a laundry unit with washing, drying machine and ironing supplies. During your stay, you will have access to high-speed fiber-optic internet, baby cot and chair (available upon request).

The apartment features 2 bedrooms:

1st: Single with a single bed
2nd: Double with two single beds that can be turned into a double bed
And a double sofa bed in the living room

All bedrooms and common spaces are equipped with A/C or Heating amenities and storage space.

There is a three-quarter bathroom with shower and towels included.

LOCATION

My wonderful apartment is located in a district of the city called Eixample. Eixample is an affluent area of Barcelona, combining a safe residential element of the city with a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe scene. Eixample is a beautiful area to explore with magnificent architecture, particularly along Paseo de Gracia. The part of this neighborhood where the apartment is located in is called Fort Pienc. This area was named after a military construction built in this neighborhood in the 19th century. The main attraction of this part of Barcelona is Arc de Triomf and the large street leading to this monument, Passeig de Sant Joan. You will find many good innovative, brunch places but also typical restaurant along this street with many bars and activities. You will be perfectly located between the beach and the higher part of the city like La Sagrada Familia and Gracia.

The metro station Marina is 5 min away
Many bus stops are near the apartment
Arc de Triomf is 8 min away, La Monumental is 7 min, La Sagrada Familia is 15 min away and the beach is 20 min away

This apartment is a hidden gem, and there is a reason why it is not available quite often. It is close to most major attractions and is conveniently located off a major road. The checking process was painless, and the checkout process was the same. The agency is very flexible and responds quickly to most requests allowing the time to make decisions based on his input. I highly recommend this apartment! Gracias!
