THE SPACE:
This 63 m2 comfortable and charming apartment is located in Passeig Sant Joan, one of the best areas of the city, close to El Born area.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: 2 single beds.
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (convertible in a double bed) with AC.
• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (convertible in a double bed).
• All the bedrooms have storage space.
• 1 sofa bed (double) in the living room. 
• AC in the living room and one bedroom.
• 1 full bathroom with WC and shower.

*Please let us know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*

FACILITIES:

• Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and microwave.
• Smart TV and high speed Wi-fi.
• Elevator (recently installed!).
• Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.
• Linens and towels will be provided. We recommend you bring your own toiletries.
• The apartment is cozy, modern and fully furnished. Ideal for families, couples and business travelers.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Passeig de Sant Joan connects the neighborhood of Gràcia with the Arc del Triomf right by the Born district. It doesn’t just link two of the city’s coolest neighborhoods, it has recently become the go-to place for Barcelona locals and visitors. The stretch between Carrer València and Carrer Casp and the surrounding area has been newly laid out making it ideal for cyclists and pedestrians. It has become a hotspot with interesting bars and restaurants, delightful shops and places that will simply amaze you.
