In collaboration with our architect and interior designer, we provide comprehensive property assessments that encompass both structural and design considerations. We evaluate the property from the exterior to the interior, with the aim of optimizing its future profitability in balance with the durability of the FF&E.

Sales and Revenue Management
We promote your apartment through prominent OTAs (online travel agencies), such as airbnb, booking.com, VRBO and Marriott Suites. We work with our local partner Canela Homes to promote direct sales. Leveraging our well-ranked profiles and listings, we secure your property a top search position and enhanced visibility. We partner up with a pricing software which provides us with the latest market data and pricing recommendations, using AI, complemented by manual adjustments.

Our services offer a complete package, spanning from decoration, photo staging and shooting, deep cleaning to maintenance and repairs. Additionally, our specialized ERP and accounting program ensure business intelligence. We’re the all-in-one solution for property optimization. We use a recognized property management system (PMS) to streamline operations for maximum efficiency and other innovative and matured technology.

We offer clear and easy financial management and reporting, no hidden fees or BAD surprises. Monthly reporting and payment. On a monthly basis, our clients receive: Property Performance Report, Monthly Settlement and Other Financial Reports available upon request.
Once approved, the payment will be transferred directly.
