THE SPACE:
This 240 m2 apartment has all the facilities and comforts you need during your stay. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Barcelona, right in the luxury Passeig de Gracia!

Family friendly apartment that incorporates a special area for the little ones, including children amenities, toys, and joyful decoration.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 10 people distributed in 5 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (with private bathroom)- family oriented with baby crib and diaper changing table.
• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (with private bathroom- no AC).
• Bedroom 3: 1 double bed.
• Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (convertible into a double bed).
• Bedroom 5: 2 single beds (convertible into a double bed).
• The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for summer and central heating for winter. All the bedrooms, except for 1, have AC.
• All the bedrooms have storage space.
• 3 full bathrooms with WC, bidet and bathtub.

*Please let us know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*

KITCHEN:
The U shaped kitchen of this home is fully equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a refrigerator. It also features a laundry facility with washing and drying machine.

LIVING ROOM:
The living area is bright and spacious. It includes a dining area with a table where you can have dinner all together. You will love the comfy chairs and having a meal with amazing views thanks to the big windows facing the Passeig de Gràcia. There are nice comfy double sofas and flat screen TV.

• The building has 2 elevators and a concierge.
• Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.
• Linens and towels will be provided.We recommend you bring your own toiletries.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Paseo de Gracia is one of the major avenues in Barcelona and one of its most important shopping and business areas, and famous for its outstanding architecture. You will be able to admire numerous exceptional facades on this street of Modernism.
Shopping enthusiasts will find their true happiness on the on this street, a true temple of fashion. In the ground floors of those amazing buildings you will find many luxury shops and leading fashion houses.
Plenty of café, tapas bars, rooftop bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Many restaurants will serve traditional Spanish specialties and International dishes for lunch and dinner. Staying in this neighborhood is the best decision you can make.
