THE SPACE:
Located on Rambla Catalunya, this apartment is ideal for large families due to its distribution and capacity. Its location is really convenient, with a metro and train entrance a few meters away, as well as bus stops nearby.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 14 people distributed in 5 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed. 
• Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed with AC.
• Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed.
• Bedroom 4: 1 Double bed.
• Bedroom 5: 1 Double bed (with private bathroom) and AC.
• 2 Sofa bed (double).
• All the bedrooms have storage space.
• There is AC in 2 of the double bedrooms and one in each living room.
• 3 full bathrooms with WC and shower.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN:

A feature of this apartment is that it has 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and a dishwasher. It also has 2 living areas, one on each side of the apartment. 

• TV and high speed Wi-Fi
• Elevator in building
• Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.
• Linens and towels will be provided. We recommend you bring your own toiletries.

The Eixample district not only is the most iconic in Barcelona, it’s also the most diverse in terms of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The gridlike layout is the symbol of the sunny and modern Barcelona we know today.

Nowadays Eixample is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona’s Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. The Eixample is one of the most dynamic and comfortable areas to live in Barcelona, mainly because there’s always a restaurant, shop, supermarket or bar at walking distance.
