THE SPACE:
This pretty and unique house is located in Vila Olímpica neighborhood, close to the beach area. It has three floors: Main floor has a private terrace at the entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy living room with TV and a working space with desk and chair. In this floor you will also find a full bathroom with shower. On the second floor you will find the 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The third floor leads you to the amazing and peaceful terrace. Please know the houses in the area are next to each other, therefore the terrace is only for relaxing purposes to avoid noise conflicts with neighbors.
The house is ideal for adults looking for a relaxing place, preferably families and couples, or or digital nomads looking for a quiet place to work at.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 5 people distributed in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms:

• Bedroom 1: 1 Double size bed with AC and TV.
• Bedroom 2: 1 Double size bed with AC.
• 1 Double sofa bed in the living room on main floor.
• 2 Full bathrooms with shower and WC.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Vila Olímpica neighborhood is one of the legacies of the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona. The area served as accommodation for the delegations participating from different countries. Nowadays, the buildings have been updated and are now local’s residencies.
Near the area you will find the Olympic Port with many options for restaurants and leisure activities. Also in the area you will find The Ciutadella Park, considered one of the city’s lungs, hosting The Barcelona Zoo and the Parliament. Great place to relax, walk or excercise outdoors.
