THE SPACE:
If you are looking to stay close to one of Gaudi’s masterpieces, you are looking at the right place. This fully equipped apartment is next to the Sagrada Familia. It is the perfect place for families, couples, or business travelers. You will find all the necessary amenities in this renovated apartment with a private balcony. Decoration is simple, yet modern.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC.
• Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed.
• Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed).

*Please let us know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*.
– 1 Sofa bed (double) in the living room.
– AC in living room, 1 room and hall of rooms 2 and 3.
– All bedrooms are equipped with central heating for winter and storage space.
– 2 Full bathrooms with WC and shower.

FACILITIES:

• Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher.
• TV and high speed Wi-Fi.
• Elevator in building.
• Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.
• Linens and towels will be provided. We recommend you bring your own toiletries.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The apartment is located near the Sagrada Familia, the most famous of Gaudi’s architecture. The Basilica has become the symbol of Barcelona and it will surprise you, not only because of its massive size, but especially because of its avant-garde architecture, which perfectly shows off the genius of its architect.

In Sagrada Familia neighbourhood, you should go and enjoy some local food in Gaudí Avenue. It’s the perfect place to have some tapas and sit on a terrace if the weather is nice where you can see the amazing views to Recinto Modernista del Hospital de Sant Pau as well as Sagrada Familia.
