THE SPACE:
This spectacular Art townhouse will surprise you in many aspects. Situated in a small passage in the centre of Barcelona, you enter the townhouse crossing a garden with one of the oldest and highest palm trees of Barcelona.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
This stunning Villa has 9 unique rooms, each one decorated differently and with its own style. Distributed in two floors you have 5 rooms on the first floor::

• 1. Bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double bed).
• 2. Bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double bed).
• 3. Bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double bed).
• 4. Bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double bed).
• 5. Bedroom with double bed.

Downstairs you will find 4 more unique rooms:

• 6. Family suite with double bed (convertible into two single beds), kids corner with bunk bed and private bathroom (WC and shower).
• 7. Bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double bed).
• 8. Bedroom with double bed.
• 9. Bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double bed)

**Please let us know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double beds**

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for the summer and central heating for the winter. (Except bedroom 8).

All bedrooms have storing space, either cupboards, wardrobes or shelves.

In total there are 5,5 bathrooms:

• 5 Full bathroom with WC and shower + 1 toilette only with WC).
• 2 of the full bathrooms have washing machine and dryer.

Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.

Linens and towels will be provided. We recommend you bring your own toiletries.

KITCHEN:
The house has a spacious dining area with an open kitchen which is fully equipped for everything you need to make your stay perfect. (Microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, water heater, Fridge/Freezer and many other amenities). The dining table is a huge wooden hand made table.

LIVING ROOM:
On the upper floor you will find a large living area with pool table, 2 huge and comfortable sofas, high speed Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and other details to spend a great time there.

TERRACE:
You will be able to enjoy a large terrace by day and night with comfortable furniture. Villa Permanyer is perfect for big groups, friends, families or any kind of private or cooperate come together. It offers the privacy and authenticity you need during your stay.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Paseo de Gracia, (Passeig de Gràcia in catalan) is one of the major avenues in Barcelona and one of its most important shopping and business areas. Famous for its outstanding architecture,
you will be able to admire exceptional Modernist facades. Nearby attractions include Casa Batlló, Casa Amatller, Casa Milà ‘La Pedrera’ and Plaça Catalunya.
